NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
The number of participants for our intensive trainings is 10-15 persons. In this way we can guarantee an optimal learning success, since a large practical part takes place in our trainings.

The invoice will be sent to you preferably by mail after the service has been provided and must be paid within 2 weeks. In order to guarantee a smooth process, we ask you to indicate the exact billing address when registering.
PAYMENT/PRICES
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Any accommodation or travel costs incurred are not included in the fee. Hotel reservations are made independently by DENDRON akademie.
The maximum cost will be specified in the offer.
CAREFREE BOOKING IN TIMES OF PANDEMIC
If the realization of an upcoming event is not possible at short notice due to official measures or orders, your booking does not expire. You can make a one-time rebooking free of charge in consultation with the DENDRON academy or change seminars at any time from face-to-face to remote online learning.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is possible free of charge at any time up to 28 days before the start of an event. If a cancellation is made after this period, 50% of the trainer:s fee will be due for payment for lost work or lost profit. If the cancellation results in unavoidable travel and hotel expenses, the client is liable for these to the full extent.
CANCELLATION OF AN EVENT
The DENDRON academy reserves the right to cancel events for organizational reasons, e.g. too few participants, at least 4 weeks before the start of the event. In this case, the customer can make a rebooking free of charge in consultation with DENDRON akademie. In case of force majeure or other unforeseeable events, the DENDRON academy is not liable for travel or hotel expenses, loss of work or loss of profit.
CONDUCT OF THE TRAININGS
If 4 or fewer participants register, DENDRON akademie reserves the right to shorten the training in an appropriate manner. We reserve the right to replace the trainer for the specified training with another trainer in case of illness or force majeure.
USE OF PICTURES AND FILM MATERIAL
By booking a training, you accept that possible picture or film recordings may be used by us free of charge for advertising purposes.
COURSE OF THE TRAININGS/SEMINARS
The DENDRON academy reserves the right to freely design the structure and content. However, it is assured that the overall character of the training will be maintained.
RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP OF TEACHING MATERIAL
The participants receive valuable documents for further consolidation of what they have learned. The transfer of these to third parties is not permitted. Public distribution of all teaching materials is also not permitted. The same applies to the publication in publicly accessible internet portals: Sharing of audio or video data, digital presentations and scripts is not permitted.
JURISDICTION
Our general terms and conditions are subject to German law. Place of jurisdiction is Leipzig.
